Strategic Advisor – Operations
Ryan Gallagher supports Forge Athletics Group on the operational and college advising side of the organization. He helps manage internal systems, advising workflows, and placement logistics to ensure athletes and families move through a clear, organized, and well-structured process.
Drawing on experience across multiple Division I athletic environments and his MBA studies at Duke University, Ryan assists with college placement strategy, academic fit considerations, and long-term planning. His role at Forge is focused on building structure, consistency, and scalable processes that support informed decision-making.
Devon Gogerty
Growth, Operations, and Strategy Advisor
Devon Gogerty supports Forge Athletics Group across growth, operations, and strategic planning initiatives. She works behind the scenes to help structure internal processes, support scalable growth, and ensure the organization operates efficiently as it expands.
A University of Virginia Media Studies major with minors in Entrepreneurship and Global Commerce, Devon brings a strong understanding of communication, business strategy, and organizational development. A three-time ACC Academic Honor Roll member and Division I lacrosse player, she combines high-level athletic experience with a disciplined, analytical approach to supporting Forge’s long-term vision.
